Client required an installation of a satellite office
with a cost effective solution enabling users to work
with almost real time systems and data.
Small remote office needed to be set-up to cater for
two permanent workers and 6 guests. Users needed access
to all company applications while keeping costs down.
Guests needed access to Internet.

Wavehill project managed the new office installation.
PCs were provided with next day hardware replacement support,
VPN was connected to the head office. Using Microsoft
Office the user is able work offline and synchronise the
data regularly. Additional benefit of having the data
stored locally means the users experience no delays that
can come with working off a remote server via VPN.
The CRM application Maximizer was implemented to handle
a marketing function and configured to synchronise with
the head office. Trend Internet Security is installed
as the Antivirus. Windows Updates are configured to
automatically keep the PCs secure with Windows Security
Patches.
Guest user access is restricted ensuring no damage is
done to the PCs.
All corporate data is backed up at the head office
taking the responsibility away from the users.
