Wavehill offer Yearly contracts based on the number of users or Pay as You Go Support – Get Quote

Support includes:

Telephone and email support: Our help desk operate an efficient support tracking system (Maximizer) which means that all support issues are logged and processed immediately. Email confirmation is automatically sent to the client.


Online user support: Should the need arise we can implement remote control software, enabling us to remotely control the PC or server – No additional fee


Onsite support: In the case of extreme difficulties or emergency Wavehill will respond with an onsite call out.

Wavehill understands that our clients have different support needs and aims to respond as required to a variety of assistance levels.
