Capped remote hours – starts at just £199 per month. – includes bi-weekly remote server maintenance checks + 4 hours support. Site visits are chargeable.

Monthly onsite visit and capped remote support – starts at just £375 per month – includes one ½ day visit per month + weekly server maintenance checks + 4 hours of remote support.

Time/cost – Call us when you need us, we charge in increments of 5 minutes.


60 Day Rolling Contract
At Wavehill we have total belief in our ability to deliver quality service and support, for this reason we offer a 60 day rolling contract. You work with us because you “like us” not because you are tied into a lengthy contract.


Emergency Support
When things go wrong you need somebody reliable to turn to, and with our emergency response we are only a call away.

Fortunately the majority of issues can be addressed online. With our remote support package we can take charge of your IT from our support centre and resolve the issue within minutes, keeping the amount of downtime your business experiences to an absolute minimum.

Wavehill have a web based support logging system, each case generates a support number and our team are notified by email, you can follow the progress of the case online. You can of course phone and email support issues as well.

Time Logging
Our engineers work is logged against a system generated support case and a report is generated monthly for you to see where our time has been spent and on what issues.


System Audits
