Wavehill have a web based support logging system, each case generates
a support number and our team are notified by email, you can follow
the progress of the case online. You can of course phone and email
support issues as well.
Our engineers work is logged against a system generated support
case and a report is generated monthly for you to see where our
time has been spent and on what issues.
