Maximizer Support includes
Telephone and email support
Our Maximizer support help desk operates an efficient support tracking system (Maximizer) which means that all support issues are logged and processed immediately. Confirmation is automatically sent to the user by email. Cases are logged and then assinged and if necessary escalated then resolved.
Online user Maximizer support
Should the need arise we can implement remote control software, enabling us to remotely control the PC or server (on your say so of course, you can watch and learn or get on with something else whilst we work) – No additional fee
Onsite Maximizer support
In the case of extreme difficulties or emergency Wavehill will respond with an onsite call out. Greenwich has great tube and rail links, Jubilee Line, DLR and the overground to London Bridge in less than 10 minutes. A2 A12 M11 and M25 by road.
